Here's to all the women who lead the way.
This year, Heat is a proud sponsor of the 3% Conference, which aims to empower women in advertising and change the male to female ratio in leadership roles, especially within creative departments, to 1:1. We wanted to do something to promote the conference and the cause, but instead of doing another piece about what it's like to be a woman in advertising, or how Heat far surpasses the 3% statistic, we decided to surprise some of the female leaders at Heat with a thank you for giving everyone around them someone to look up to.
